How often do you add new items?
I try to add items on weekends and 2-3 times during the week. I'll also take out items every once in a while, so if you see something you like you may want to buy it when you see it. Keep checking back, you never know what you'll find!

Do you combine shipping?
Absolutely! Just let me know when you're done shopping, and I'll figure your total shipping cost. I will usually try to fit everything into a flat rate USPS Priority Mail box. If you'd rather have parcel post shipping for combined orders, I can do that too!

How fast do you ship?
I try to ship within 72 hours after receiving payment. I work full time, and have a family. Most items will be shipped sooner, and I will notify you when your order ships. If you need an item sooner, please let me know and I will try my best to accomodate you.

Do you accept returns on clothing items?
I do not accept returns for clothing that does not fit. I put measurements in the listing. If you need additional information, simply email me at madjackbensmom@yahoo.com, and I will get the information to you as soon as I can. I do accept returns if I have grossly misrepresented the item AND I you have notified me within 48 hours of receipt of the item. I may ask you to include a photo of the problem. Refunds will be given with postage cost for one way delivery. Examples of reasons for possible returns on clothing: a stain, rip or tear that I missed, wrong size in listing or it is not the color described (if I said blue and it's red).

Do you send international shipments?
No -- Right now, I only ship to the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

How and when do I pay for my order?
Payment should be sent within 5 days of the purchase date or I will assume you don't want the item and will put listing up again. If you need other arrangements, contact me at madjackbensmom@yahoo.com. I accept the following methods of payment: money orders or payment through Google Checkout. I DO NOT ACCEPT personal checks.

Do you take best offers?
Sometimes I will take an offer on an item. Contact me at madjackbensmom@yahoo.com, and I will let you know within 24 hours if I accept your offer or not.
