Payment is required within 7 days of the purchase of an item via Google Checkout, Paypal or money orders only. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. We will ship within 72 hours of receiving payment, and we will notify you when your item ships. If you need an item soon, let us know and we'll do our best to accomodate you.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we try to decribe every item to the best of our ability. Most of our items have been gently used unless they are new with tags. If we missed a flaw or didn't describe an item accurately, we will refund your purchase price plus shipping one way IF we are contacted within 48 hours of receipt of an item.
If an item doesn't fit, it's yours because we put measurements in each listing. We will not accept returns or refunds on clothing that doesn't fit. If you need additional measurements or information, please contact us before purchasing the item.
We use delivery confirmation on each item so you can track your item and delivery status. Insurance is optional, and we do not refund for items damaged in shipping if insurance is not purchased.
